新天国际大厦建筑高度100米，共30层，总建筑面积47372平方米，其中裙房面积10955平方米，办公用房27788平方米。地下2层停车场，共151个车位；地上1-5层裙房；7-28层为大开间办公室，可根据客户的不同要求任意分割。
Designed by Tongi University Architecture Design Institution, Suntime international mansion is a tower as well as creative style. The tower building turns 45°, responding to the principle axis avenue (Century avenue). Floor-by-floor retractive tower body forms a glass polyhedron at the top of building shining in the dark night.
All these designs contribute to the mansion's remarkable identification.
